To provide a more masculine post after the tales of fabrics and sewing, I think it’s time to review a Fairtrade Beer.
BeeWyched is a honey’d ale brewed using Fairtrade Chilean Honey and Fairtrade sugar from Malawi. And the good news is that it’s available from several supermarkets.
It has a smooth, sweet honey taste and I heartily recommend it. It’ll definitely be my pint of choice during the Six Nations matches this weekend.
I give it four stars.
If you have tried BeeWyched, please let me know what you thought of it and also put a star rating as well.

(which by nature would be fair trade anyway - well, unless employing lots of cheap exploitative migrant labour I suppose). The honey from Chile and the sugar from Malawi got me thinking, given that we produce both these ingredients here in Blighty… hmmm food for thought…
Hi!
In Hungary we have a general rule for importing fair trade products: only import what isn’t produced localy.
It’s a pitty a lot of organic products could be produced in Hungary but aren’t not(sugar = Mauretania , cheese= Austria, sunflower pits = China, etc)
